• Abyss is a light drawing of a presence in one’s inner landscape. To arrive to the vision of this place, it demands passing through the rigid outer shell. Abyss exists within the multiplicity of one single form where it draws you to that unfathomable, infinite, endless, bottomless and boundless space. In that depth of the ocean any two being is one. They are merely reflections of one another.

The sculpture was in conversation with a site-specific stone statue placed in a pool of water outside in the garden at Jardines de Mexico Gallery.
